Victor Muthuri is an Associate in the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice group. He specializes in commercial litigation with emphasis on banking, insurance, environment and land, employment & labour relations, family and succession matters and ADR practice with a focus on arbitration and mediation matters.
He has extensive practice in different tiers of the court system including the Court of Appeal, the High Court, the Environment & Land Court, the Employment & Labour Relations Court, the subordinate courts and various tribunals.
An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Victor is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (K).
