- Acting on behalf of a Kenyan land-owning company in the sale of a property with a value of KES 203m including, advising the property owner on all aspects of the sale, preparing, and negotiating the agreement for sale, reviewing, and approving the instrument of transfer, and providing general closing services (ongoing)
- Acting on behalf of a Kenyan land-owning company in the extraction of separate titles pursuant to a subdivision of land with a value of KES 746.7m including, advising the property owner on all aspects of the process, preparing and registering a surrender of land (road) to the Government of Kenya, preparing stamp duty exemption applications in respect of the instruments of transfer, preparing the instruments of transfer, obtaining the stamp duty exemptions, registering the instruments of transfer, opening individual land rates accounts with the Nairobi City County, and providing general closing services
- Acting on behalf of a Kenyan land-owning company in the sale of a property with a value of KES 210m including, advising the property owner on all aspects of the sale, preparing, and negotiating the agreement for sale, preparing the instrument of transfer, and providing general closing services
- Acting on behalf of a vendor of property in the sale of a property with a value of KES 15m including, advising the property owner on all aspects of the sale, preparing, and negotiating the agreement for sale, reviewing, and approving the instrument of transfer, and providing general closing services (ongoing)
- Acting for Unity Homes Limited, the developer of a residential housing estate in Eldoret with a project value estimated at KES 1.4 billion including undertaking the purchase of the property to be developed, overseeing the change of use and preparing all sale and transfer documents for all individual units within the estate.
- Pyramid Builders Limited in the development and sale of Pyramid Gardens, a development of luxury homes in Lavington, Nairobi and preparing all sale and transfer documents for all individual units within the estate
- Acting for various vendors and purchasers of agricultural, commercial, industrial, and residential property all over Kenya
- Safaricom Staff Pension Scheme in the structuring, construction and sale of Crystal Rivers, a mall and residential development consisting of 398 units on approximately 25 acres of land near Mombasa Road, with an estimated value of over KES 4 Billion (ongoing);
- Meru Greenwood Park Ltd in the leasing of commercial space at Greenwood City Mall, part of a USD 22 million mixed use residential and commercial development on 6 acres of land in Meru. (ongoing)
- Deerpark Limited in the purchase, development and sale of a luxury residential estate in Karen, Nairobi with a total project value estimated at over KES 1 Billion (ongoing).
- Fusion Capital in the sale and leasing of office space at Flamingo Towers a Grade A office building on approximately 0.78 of an acre of land in Upper Hill, Nairobi (ongoing).
- Safaricom Plc in the preparation and registration of land leases, licences, easements and cautions for hundreds of base stations throughout Kenya (ongoing).
- Unity Homes Limited, the developer of a residential housing estate in Eldoret with a project value estimated at KES 1.4 billion including undertaking the purchase of the property to be developed, overseeing the change of use and preparing all sale and transfer documents for all individual units within the estate.
- Kenya Electricity Generating Company Limited in the designing and construction of a mixed-use housing project on approximately 40 acres of land in Olkaria, Naivasha Sub-County, Nakuru County, with an estimated value of KES 202 million.
- Nerifa Holdings Limited in the sale of Land where Nerifa Holdings Limited is the seller worth USD 2.4 million.
- Mocha Holdings Limited in the shareholder arrangements, construction, financing, and sale of a gated community situated in Red Hill, Kiambu (2016).
- East African Cables Limited in its acquisition, financing and construction of a new headquarters and manufacturing plant from Nairobi Bottlers Limited valued at USD 12 Million.
- Kichozi Farm Limited, in the acquisition of an agricultural property valued at approximately KES 11 Million.
- The developer of a mixed-use office and residential park in Karen, Nairobi estimated at USD 9 million
- Pyramid Builders Ltd in the development and sale of Pyramid Gardens, a development of luxury homes in Lavington, Nairobi
- Britam Holdings PLC undertook a legal audit for Britam Holdings PLC for the target a company which entailed, properties, structure/organization of the target company, employment matters, properties leased by the target company, trademarks owned by the company, litigation matters, statutory compliances of the target company, environmental matters, insurance matters, permits and licences and materials contracts of the target company. This entailed giving legal perspectives including advice on statutory laws of the various areas
- A local investment company in the acquisition of a tea and coffee plantations in Nakuru and Thika for a combined value of KES 700 Million
